You may finish a match and see your level bar move, then play another without receiving the increase you expected. Start by separating experience, which drives level progress, from the currencies held in your wallet.

What a level represents

Experience accumulates on your account and moves you through levels. Your profile shows the total, your progress within the current level and what remains before the next one. Some milestones unlock titles, and some rewards need to be collected from the levels section.

A level does not guarantee a win. The rules and your decisions still determine a game’s result. Having a larger currency balance does not automatically mean you have more experience either.

Read the match summary

Experience depends on the game, what happened during it and the conditions for a qualifying match. A match may require enough active play and enough time. Withdrawing can affect eligibility. The result summary tells you what was actually awarded, so avoid assuming that every match grants a fixed amount.

Why ordinary progress can pause

Ordinary experience has daily limits, including an overall limit and a limit for each game. You can reach one game’s limit while still having room to progress in another. Read the experience details and reset time shown in the app before assuming something has stopped working.

Experience cards and level rewards

Experience cards add a stated amount to a stated number of completed matches. Read the bonus, match count and price before buying, then check what remains on your account. These cards advance your level; they do not change a piece’s movement or a dice result.

When you reach a new level, visit the rewards page. Reaching the milestone does not necessarily collect every reward for you. There may be something ready for you to claim.
