Ryvo
Gold, diamonds and what your balance means
A clear guide to Ryvo’s two currencies, wallet balances and transaction history.
Gold and diamonds appear throughout Ryvo, but understanding them is easier than memorising shop prices. Think of them as two separate in-app balances, then check the currency of each action before confirming it.
Where gold is used
Gold appears in everyday parts of the app, including some table entry conditions, rewards, items and gifts offered by the shop or a salon. Not every action uses gold, so read the amount and currency on the screen in front of you.
Your balance may increase through eligible rewards or gift settlements and decrease through actions you approve. The match conditions and reward description explain what applies to a particular session.
What diamonds are for
Some items, gifts, experience cards and account options use diamonds. Having enough gold does not mean you can buy something priced in diamonds. An increase in one balance does not automatically change the other.
Read the final amount before buying or sending anything. The cost of an appearance item, gift or membership depends on the option being offered, so avoid relying on a price you remember from an earlier visit.
Use the wallet to understand a change
Open the wallet from your profile and choose the gold or diamond history. Each entry shows the credit or debit, the resulting balance and the time of the action. This helps you distinguish a match reward from an item purchase or a share of a received gift.
If your balance differs from what you expected, review recent entries first. Load older entries when you need to trace an earlier action.
Follow the options actually available
Rewards can depend on your account, and offers can change. Purchase and recharge options depend on what the app currently provides. The website offers downloads and explanations. Do not enter payment details into a link from someone claiming they can change your balance for you.
