Use the privacy and account deletion request form to ask for help, access, correction or deletion. You can use it without installing the app. Requests are reviewed by the team. Do not send a password.

Age

The service is for adults aged 18 or over. We use the birth date you declare to calculate eligibility. The app keeps that date in secure device storage. The server stores the eligibility result and declaration time rather than the full birth date. This is not identity-document verification. People under 18 may not use the game, its social services or its AI features.

Data we process

Purposes and access

We use this data to operate accounts, games, matchmaking, communication, voice, support, abuse prevention and match settlement. Names, countries, profiles and presence appear according to the game, friend and salon interfaces. Messages and attachments reach the people you choose. Moderators review reports and may review conversation content linked to a report with a recorded reason and audit trail. Calling a conversation private does not mean it is end-to-end encrypted.

Voice and images

Sharing your voice requires microphone permission and an action from you. You choose the images you send. We do not upload your entire photo library. You can mute the microphone, leave the call or revoke permission in your device settings. Sharing is optional, but a feature cannot work without the data it needs.

Bot conversations and AI

When you use the optional bot conversation feature after giving consent, the text or recording you provide and relevant conversation and game context are sent to Google Gemini to produce a response and speech. Context may include your display name. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information to this feature. Processing is also subject to the Gemini terms and Google privacy policy. In the unpaid service, Google may use inputs and outputs to improve its products and models, and human reviewers may examine them. Processing may take place outside your country. You can withdraw permission in settings. This does not automatically delete data already processed by the provider. Automated replies can be wrong.

Fraud and multiple accounts

To stop rewards being collected through many accounts and penalties being avoided, the Android app sends an identifier derived from the app-specific device identifier, and the server records the network address of sign-ins. Neither is stored as is: the server keeps only a keyed one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the identifier or the address. Device hashes stay with the account and are used for account limits per device, daily rewards per device and penalties that apply to a device. Network address hashes are deleted after 30 days. The app may also ask Google Play Integrity to confirm that it is the genuine app on a genuine device. This data is not shared or used for advertising.

Service providers and protection

The service uses hosting, databases and voice transport services, plus Google for authentication and bot conversations. HTTPS, access tokens and permissions protect service connections and data. These measures are not an absolute guarantee and do not mean conversations are end-to-end encrypted. The version described by this policy does not include an advertising SDK integration.

Retention and account deletion

Account, game and conversation data needed to operate your account is retained. Messages and attachments do not disappear automatically when you sign out or uninstall. You can start an account and data deletion request here or through Profile, Settings, Privacy and account deletion in the app. The team verifies ownership before acting. Submission does not mean immediate deletion. Limited records may remain for security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, along with backups during their retention cycle. The team explains the scope of retention and any exceptions when processing your request. Revoking microphone permission or uninstalling is not account deletion.

Changes

Updates are published here with their date. Additional consent is requested when changes to optional processing require it. You can contact us through the form linked above.
