Ryvo — privacy and account deletion requests

Banana Finger manages these requests. You can submit one without installing the app or signing in to the website. A web request does not prove ownership of the game account. The team will verify it before acting. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents here.

After verification, a deletion request covers the account, sign-in methods, profile data and personal content. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, along with backups that are not used to reactivate the account. The team explains applicable exceptions before closing the request.
