People use phones in different ways. Some follow the board visually, others rely on a screen reader, and many prefer quieter sound or calmer movement. Ryvo aims to offer comfortable ways into a shared experience.

Explore actions before a match

If you use a screen reader, explore the game entry screen, table options and main actions before starting a fast match. The interface provides action names and state information. Additional actions may be available on a player or piece, depending on the screen and app version.

Listen to the action name before activating it, especially when actions sound similar. Selecting a piece and moving it are different steps, just as muting incoming audio differs from muting your microphone. For an unfamiliar game, read its guide and then explore its table controls.

Adjust sound to suit you

Settings include interface music, game effects, social sounds and bot voice options. These are separate audio choices. Turning off music does not mean you have turned off a call. Change one setting at a time so its effect is clear.

When using a screen reader alongside salon audio, a suitable headset and a comfortable volume can make speech easier to distinguish. Check your phone’s screen reader settings as well if its speaking rate does not suit you.

Choose appearance and motion

You can choose a light or dark appearance or follow the device setting. A reduced-motion option is available for people who prefer calmer transitions. Try it on the screens you use most rather than judging it from one page.

Describe what could work better

If a control has an unclear spoken name or the navigation order is confusing, note the screen, what you expected to hear and what you actually heard. Include the phone and app version when reporting it. Devices, readers and versions can differ. A specific example is far more useful than a general statement that a page does not work.
