Feeling comfortable in a community starts with understanding what you share and how people can contact you. Ryvo provides choices across your profile, friends area and settings. It is useful to review them before an uncomfortable situation arises.

Review your public introduction

Your name, picture, bio and the details you choose to display may be visible to people opening your profile. Avoid putting a phone number, home address or other private information in a public bio. Check the available visibility options instead of assuming that every part of your account page is shown to others in the same way.

Choose the right action

If you want fewer alerts from someone, look at notification muting. If you want to restrict contact, blocking is a different action. Salons also have controls for voice, text and seats, depending on the managers’ permissions.

Use reporting when you need an abusive interaction or rule violation reviewed. Describe the event clearly and identify the relevant person or message when the app offers that option. Sending a report does not mean an immediate decision has been made. Check the reports area for the status it provides.

Protect your account

In settings, review the account, security, sessions and options available to you. Never share a password or verification code with someone offering diamonds or claiming to fix a problem. Avoid signing in through a link whose source you do not trust.

When you need to share a diagnostic log, review it and use the support channel you have established with the team. Do not post it in a public group simply because someone says they can repair your account.

Use official privacy information

This website contains Ryvo’s privacy policy and privacy-request form. Use the form for a request about your data instead of posting sensitive details in a public comment or group chat. The team may need information that establishes account ownership before handling a request.
