What to check when a connection feels slow
A short path to understanding a connection problem and gathering details that help.
Messages may arrive while voice is delayed, or a page may remain visible while its connection needs to recover. A precise description helps you choose a useful next step and gives the team something they can investigate.
Identify the part that is failing
Is the problem signing in, loading a page, sending a move or hearing audio? Try one simple action and wait for its result. Repeatedly pressing controls makes it harder to tell which attempt succeeded.
Having internet access does not mean every service is reachable at the same moment. Text chat may work while voice needs a separate recovery.
Check the basics
Review the phone’s connection, volume and the permissions relevant to the problem, such as microphone or notifications. If the network is weak, try another network available to you and return to the app. When a problem happens after resuming from the background, note any connection message or sign-in request.
Refresh or reopen the relevant section when that option is available. Do not clear app data simply because one message was delayed. Before any step that could sign you out, make sure you know how to regain access to your account.
If the problem involves a balance
Open the wallet and its activity history before buying an item or sending the same gift again. An action may have arrived even though its displayed result was delayed. Reading the history or refreshing the section is clearer than submitting the action repeatedly.
Send details that can be followed
Note the time, game or salon, steps leading to the problem and app version. For a call problem, explain what each person saw, whether the phone rang and whether the app was in the background.
The diagnostic log can be shared from settings when needed. It helps investigation but is not a complete recording of everything that happened. Include a short description with it instead of sending the file alone.
